Official participants of the project are: - Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Kazakhstan;
- ATI Westmecklenburg (Regional development Agency), Schwerin city, Germany;
- Wismar University of Technology, Business and Design, Wismar, Germany;
- Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, Seinäjoki, Finland;
- Kostanai State University of the name of A. Baytursynov, Kostanai city, Kazakhstan;
- Rudnyi Industrial Institute, Rudnyi city, Kazakhstan.
In accordance with high requirements for improvement quality and efficiency of proposing education, the aim of this project is development and realization of an interdisciplinary Master Program (MBA) «Strategic Integrative International Management for SMEs» for introduction it in curriculum of Kostanai State University of the name of A.Baytursynov and Rudnyi Industrial Institute, Kazakhstan. The program has most evident international directivity and support practical advice of execution of requirements of big company (especially for small and middle enterprises). This course was developed for graduates of school economics basically and sighted for decision common economic questions in international context in science and practical sides, consideration the national and regional aspects. Particular accent will be on Kazakhstan and European country-partner. The program prepares leaders and entrepreneurs with deep knowledge and brings up individual quality, necessary for effective work in economic sphere. This course prepares students for theoretical elaboration of quantitative methods and methods of management and their using in making decision of management Projects of company and seminars in small international student`s groups, and also written in cooperation with company dissertation will be guarantor of high level of practical experience. Possible professional prospects of graduates of this course are next: General management, International business-consulting, International enterprise. For passing course student needs: - to have the degree of bachelor or diploma of economic science (e.g. Business administrative, Business information science);
- to learn successfully the next disciplines: microeconomics, economics low, tax law.
During project preparation time, already existing subjects at KSU and RII relevant to “Strategic Integrative International Management” were listed and analyzed. Wismar University and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences made rough evaluation of its structure, teaching methodology and academic content. On the basis of this rough analysis and the results of the current demand of the main target groups, all partner Universities elaborated the following tentative structure for the proposed course: 3-Semester (1,5 year) MBA for Business Graduates. 5-Semester (2,5 years) MBA for Non-Business Graduates. Both are full-time programs. |
